Appsocom / Client rooms

A private roomfor every client.

Open a room for a client or prospect, invite them with a link, and talk there: chat, files and meetings with the people on your team who handle them. They see their room, and nothing else.

01

Out of WhatsApp groups, into a room.

Client conversations stay with the company, not on someone’s personal phone, and a new teammate can pick up the history in a minute.

Open a room

One room per client, project or prospect. Add the teammates who look after them.

Send the link

Your client opens the invitation, sets a password and joins as a guest. Links expire after 14 days.

Talk and meet

Chat, share files and start a meeting in the room. Close the room when the work is done; it stays on record.

In the room

Everything about one client, in one place.

Fenced in

Guests see only their room.

No access to your channels, mail, people or other rooms.
Invitations go to one email address and expire.
Close a room and its guests lose access until it reopens.

For clients and prospects

Use rooms for active clients, deals in progress, suppliers or partners.

Meetings in the room

Start a video meeting with the client from the room, with screen sharing.

Your team decides who’s in

Add or remove teammates and guests at any time.

FAQ

Questions about client rooms.

Do my clients need to pay or install anything?
No. Clients join as guests from the invitation link, in the browser or the app, and guests are not paid seats.
What can a guest see?
Only the rooms they were invited to: that room’s chat, files and meetings. They can’t see your channels, mailboxes, people list or other rooms.
Can I have meetings with a client?
Yes. Start a meeting in the room and your client joins it from the room, with video and screen sharing.
What happens when the project ends?
Close the room. It becomes read-only for your team and the client loses access, and you can reopen it later.

Give your clients a better line.

We’ll set up your first client room with you during the demo.
