What is Appsocom?
One app for a company’s working day: email, team chat and calls, calendar and tasks, invoices and documents, and customer support for your websites and apps, with an AI voice assistant that calls you when something needs you.
Who is it for?
Businesses of 3 people and more that run on email and phone calls, such as agencies, distributors, clinics, schools, consultancies and online shops, and especially owners and managers who are on the move.
Why is it invitation-only?
We set up every workspace with the company: mail on your domain, your brand kit, and your team. Request access and we’ll book a 30-minute demo.
How long does setup take?
Most teams are working the same day. Moving mail to your own domain can take a day or two while DNS records update; you can keep your current mail meanwhile.
Which devices does it run on?
Android and the web today. iPhone and the Windows and Mac desktop apps are coming soon. Calls ring even when the app is closed.
Features
Can I keep my Gmail or Outlook?
Yes. Link Gmail, Outlook or any IMAP account and your mail stays with your provider. You can use hosted mail on your own domain as well. More about email.
How does the voice assistant work?
When important mail arrives, Appsocom rings your phone like a call, reads you the gist, and takes your reply by voice. It reads the reply back and sends only when you say so, with ten seconds to say “undo”. More about the assistant.
Can I make invoices and quotations?
Yes, on every plan: letters, quotations, invoices, receipts and proposals on your letterhead, with VAT, client e-signatures, recurring invoices and FIRS invoice references. More about documents.
How does website support work?
One line of code adds a chat to your site. The AI answers from your knowledge base and hands over to your team, ringing their phones, when a person is needed. More about support.
Does it work without the internet?
You need a connection to send and receive mail, messages and calls. Briefings you missed wait in the app.
Privacy and security
Does the AI send anything without asking me?
No. The assistant drafts and suggests; nothing is emailed, booked or messaged on your behalf without your say-so.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Your content is never used to train AI models, and the workspace owner can switch AI off for the whole workspace.
Can we export or delete our data?
Yes. Owners can download an export of the workspace at any time. When a workspace is closed, its data is deleted after 30 days. See the privacy policy and DPA.
Where is our data stored?
On our servers and in encrypted cloud storage, with sign-in tokens and mailbox passwords encrypted. The privacy policy lists every service we use.
Plans and billing
How much does it cost?
Essentials is ₦7,500, Business ₦22,500 and Pro ₦45,000 per person a month ($5, $15 and $30), with a minimum of 3 people. Paying yearly gets 2 months free. See pricing.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. An admin can move anyone to a different plan at any time, and people in one team can be on different plans.
How do we pay?
By card or bank transfer through Paystack, monthly or yearly.
Can we cancel?
Yes. Tell us and the workspace closes at the end of what you’ve paid for. Export your data first: it’s deleted 30 days after the workspace closes.
