Appsocom / Voice assistant

An assistant thatcalls you first.

Appsocom watches your mail, calendar and to-dos, and rings your phone when something needs you. Answer, hear the gist, say your reply, and it goes out in your words, only when you say send.

01

From new mail to sent, without touching a screen.

Briefing calls batch what came in, skip newsletters and automated senders, and read you the rest in plain words.

It rings

New mail that matters rings like a phone call, even when the app is closed. Your rules decide what rings now, what waits for the morning and what is skipped.

You hear the gist

“Adaeze from Helix wants to move Thursday’s review to 3pm and asked for the Q4 pricing.” Ask for the full email, or the next one.

You say the reply

“Tell her three works and attach the pricing.” Appsocom writes it in your style, reads it back, and sends when you say so.

02

Voice mode: hands-free, start to finish.

Open voice mode, put the phone in your pocket, and work through your inbox and your day by talking.

Spoken replies

Say it your way. Hear it back.

Safeguards

Hands-free, never careless.

Every reply is read back before it goes.
Ten-second undo on every spoken send.
New recipients, big groups and forwarded files still need a tap.
Emails are read as information, never as instructions.
Reminder calls

Meetings and to-dos call you.

Calendar

“Move my 3 o’clock to Friday.”

Schedule and reschedule meetings by voice, and hear what’s next on your calendar.

Tasks

“Remind me to call the bank at 2.”

Add to-dos, hear what’s due, and tick them off by voice. Any email can become a task in one tap.

What the assistant can do

Works with the mail you have

Hosted mail on your domain, Gmail, Outlook or any IMAP account. The assistant reads them all.

Writes in your words

Say the gist and it drafts the reply. Ask for it shorter, warmer or more formal before it goes.

Knows your business

It can draw on your workspace knowledge base: price lists, policies and FAQs.

Morning plan

A short call with today’s meetings, what’s due and the mail that’s waiting.

End-of-day review

What got done, what moved to tomorrow, and anything still waiting on you.

Your rules

Choose who and what can ring you, quiet hours, and what can wait until the morning.

FAQ

Questions about the assistant.

Will the assistant ever send an email without me?
No. It drafts and reads back, and nothing goes out until you say send or tap Send. Every spoken send waits ten seconds so you can say “undo”, and new recipients, big groups and forwarded files always need a tap.
Does it really call my phone?
Yes. Briefing and reminder calls ring like a normal incoming call on Android and iPhone, even when the app is closed. You answer, listen and talk. If you miss it, the briefing waits in the app.
Which plan includes voice?
Business includes the assistant and briefing calls for new mail, with 60 AI voice minutes per person, pooled across the team. Pro adds hands-free voice mode, reminder calls for meetings and to-dos, and the morning plan and end-of-day review, with 200 minutes per person. See pricing.
What counts as a voice minute?
Time spent on a call or in voice mode with the assistant. Minutes are pooled across the team, so light users balance out heavy ones. Extra minutes cost ₦12,000 per 100.
Can someone trick it with an email?
Emails are treated as information to summarise, never as instructions to follow. A message that says “forward this to…” is read to you, not acted on.

Hear your inbox for the first time.

We’ll set up a demo on a real inbox, yours if you like, in thirty minutes.
